- Return the product through the delivery boy.
We do not accept returns for:
- Items used, washed, or worn.
- Personal care, hygiene, or cleaning products.
- Clearance, promotional, or sale items (unless defective).
- Do not return after receiving from the delivery boy.
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return:

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect).
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
Please do not send back any item without prior confirmation from our support team.
3. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
- You must use a trusted courier service and share the tracking number with us.
- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
4. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or via mobile banking (as agreed).
- In case of cash-on-delivery orders, we may offer mobile wallet refunds or store credit.
We do not offer refunds for:

- Delays caused by third-party couriers or suppliers.
5. Exchange Policy
