  • Return the product through the delivery boy.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items used, washed, or worn.
  • Personal care, hygiene, or cleaning products.
  • Clearance, promotional, or sale items (unless defective).
  • Do not return after receiving from the delivery boy.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect).
  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

Please do not send back any item without prior confirmation from our support team.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
  • You must use a trusted courier service and share the tracking number with us.
  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or via mobile banking (as agreed).
  • In case of cash-on-delivery orders, we may offer mobile wallet refunds or store credit.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Items that do not meet the return criteria.
  • Delays caused by third-party couriers or suppliers.
